IB Board Muzaffarabad Jobs are opening on a contractual basis for its projects titled Computerization of Land Record in AJ&K Phase-II, Digitization of Law Department in AJK, Establishment of IT Excellence Center at Poonch, and Establishment of Telehealth Centers in AJK.
The AJ&K IT Board was established in 2001 by an Act of the AJ&K Legislative Assembly. The Board is mandated to act as a regulatory, consulting, and oversight body for all IT initiatives at AJ&K.
The IT Board is operating under an umbrella activity called Infrastructure Setup for Master Implementation Plan MIP. MIP is designed to encourage and promote IT services at AJ&K and has the following three main objectives: IT Mass Literacy, e-Governance, and Software Development.
For Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJ&K), the rise of information technology is an opportunity to overcome historical disabilities and become the master of its own destiny. It is a tool that will enable AJ&K to achieve GoAJK’s Vision 2025 to become a skilled, prosperous, and self-reliant state.
