Old Sticker Visa for Singapore
Below is the official visa for Singapore that I got in the year 2016. It took me 15 days to obtain and cost around $8,000 PKR back in the year 2016. But, Singapore has discontinued Sticker visas. The country now issues only Evisas, and the procedure is the same, which I will explain in this article in less than one minute. This is the complete guide to Singapore visas for Pakistani Passport holders.
How do I apply to get a Singapore Visa in Pakistan?
Singapore offers an official consulate Karachi and all citizens of Pakistan are required to apply for Singapore Evisa in this office. If you are located in Karachi then you should go straight to the office that is situated near the Karachi press club.
The primary requirement for Singapore visas is a Letter of Introduction (LOI). It is a formal letter that is sent to you by someone who is a Singaporean national or permanent resident in Singapore. If you have got a family member or friend living in Singapore and they are able to make arrangements for this letter and send it to you via Email. It is all you need to do is print this letter and attach it along with your Visa application.
If you do not know anyone who lives in Singapore then travel agents will assist you. Travel agents can arrange an introduction letter (LOI) to you from the Singaporean citizen or a company for a nominal fee. In this instance, the odds of getting a visa being granted are 50/50. If you have a family member or friend, then your chances are nearly 100%.
I am saying this since I have recently applied for Singapore visa on my own, and was approved within 3 days. I received the Letter of Initiation (LOI) from my actual close friend who lives in Singapore. In the past few months my visa was denied in the exact same way by that country. The LOI was handled by a an agency for travel.

Singapore Permits for Visas for Pakistan
Travel agencies suggest that you apply with your family to improve chances of getting approval. But, I do not believe this is the case. If immigration officials want to grant a visa, they will approve one person or woman. I have heard of families who rejected and single males got visas. If you are dealing with a reliable travel agent, then the it is likely that you will receive the visa. Be aware that visa refusal is not uncommon in Pakistani passports.
Travel agents charge from Rs8000 to $12000 for the entire procedure, which includes consular visa fees and the Letter of Introduction fee. This is what I have seen in Karachi.
Here are the conditions to apply for Singapore visas for Pakistan:
Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months
Note of Introduction by an Singaporean
Two photos with white backgrounds
Visa application completed (travel agent will fill this for you)
Why you should visit Singapore (Travel agent is required to note it on the form)
Visiting Card & Employment Letter
Copy of CNIC
These are general conditions for Singapore visas that are applicable to Pakistani citizens. If you are applying for Singapore visa with your family, then you should also submit FRC and B-forms for kids. When I submitted my application back in the year 2016, Singapore gave me a sticker, which you can view in the upper right hand corner of this article. And when I applied for the position in 2019 they gave me an Evisa in the form of a paper that you can view below.

Singapore Visa Fee & Processing Time
Let us start by letting me clarify your doubts regarding the way in which visas are handled. Honorary consulates in Karachi simply collects the visa application , but they do not issue visas. The visa pplication is processed via Singapore immigration. Singapore immigration is unpredictable in terms of processing times and decision-making.
As per latest trends. When a visa is normally issued, it only takes 3-4 days. If the case is placed through a background check it takes a significant amount of time. If your case takes longer than 10 to 20 days. It means the visa may be denied. In a few instances, the visas were approved after a the processing time was longer.
This is based on the current trends in Singapore visas in Pakistan. One of the peculiarities of the Singapore visa procedure is that they do not ask for the travel history of your previous trip or bank statement. They decide following the the LOI and scanned copies of the passport. I do not think this is a valid visa policy, and the process of making decisions will be unpredictable and inconsistent.
Singapore Visa fee is Rs.3100 when you apply for it yourself (with an LOI from a close friend or family member). If you make an application through a travel agent, they may charge a different cost since they organize LOI on your behalf.

My Tips For Singapore Visa
I am going to share with you some important information on Singapore visa. I was in Singapore recently and obtained the visa twice. The first suggestion I could provide is to indicate that you have fewer days on your application. Singapore is a small nation that can be explored in three to four days. If you are talking about 10 days, it will not be a good idea.
I personally will mention five days to visit Singapore. Another thing to consider is to obtain LOI from someone you know who lives in Singapore. If you do not have a family member or friend in Singapore seek out someone who has connections to Singapore. In this way, your visa will almost be assured. The third point I would like to make is regarding travel agents. Some travel agents try their best to send documents in a timely manner and others just want your money.
Then, Singapore is a beautiful country that you should visit every once in your life. I was enthralled by my four-day visit to Singapore and will be publishing an entire travel guide in the near future. I have some videos in Urdu which you can see below. This Singapore visa guide is over here. If you have any further questions, please let me know in the comments below.
Check out this video here, and then visit my channel to watch videos from Singapore. Remember, visa rejection is a normal issue on Pakistani passports.
