Terms & Conditions:
A customer can only win a lucky draw prize once throughout the tenor of the campaign.
In case the file uploaded is not the vaccination certificate, the entry will be disregarded.
In case the customer’s entries made at the time of application are not genuine/do not belong to the customer, the entry will be disregarded.
UBL staff will not be eligible for the campaign.
Non-Resident Pakistanis, and/or Pakistanis not residing in Pakistan at the time of application or winning the lucky draw will not be eligible.
The customer must have an active account prior to applying for the lucky draw on the website. In case the same is no true, the entry will be disregarded.
The customer will be contacted upon winning the lucky draw. In case contact cannot be established until the next lucky draw, a new winner for the same week will be chosen in the subsequent lucky draw and given the prize.

Please select the option “More” on your app prior to logging in, the “I’m vaccinated” tab should be available.
If you’re still unable to locate this tab, please update your app to the latest version, the tab should be available then.

Is it mandatory for me to upload my vaccination certificate?
Yes, this is mandatory to apply for the lucky draw, so that we can verify you’re a vaccinated citizen.

How will I know I have won the lucky draw?
The winner will be announced on social media every week, and will receive a call from us confirming the same.

If I have won a lucky draw prize from this campaign previously, will I be eligible to win the lucky draw again?
No, the lucky draw prize can be awarded to a customer only once.

Can foreign residents apply for the lucky draw?
No, foreign residents will not be eligible.

What is the frequency of the lucky draw?
The lucky draw will be conducted every week.

Can the lucky draw prizes be shipped out of Pakistan to me?
No, the lucky draw prizes can only be delivered within Pakistan.

How long will the drive run?
This drive will run for twelve weeks, i.e. the lucky draw will be drawn twelve times.

I am not a UBL account holder. Can I participate in the lucky draw?
Yes, you can apply by first opening a UBL bank account either digitally, or by visiting your nearest branch, then applying on the website link to participate.
