i. Filling

issues internally (through Order Management department) and externally with
clients.

Proactively getting approved drawing from client or customer and communicates
to all involved stakeholders well within time.

xiii. Ensures
No Information leakage for project progress review is done.

xiv.
Accountable to flash Lost Job Report as and when required for their respective
client or customer.

xv. Responsible
to make client commitments practically and as per standard process of Zamil. In
case of any deviation, the incumbent will be responsible for maintain and
updating the changes and close it with mutual consent of all the stakeholders.
