Company Introduction:

PPHI Sindh is a not-for-profit company established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 (formerly Companies Ordinance 1984). As such, its NPO status has been officially acknowledged by Pakistan Center of Philanthropists (PCP), an accredited government body recognized to certify such Not for Profit organizations.

PPHI began its journey in Kashmore District of Sindh in 2007 and gradually spread to 22 districts over time. Responsibility was originally assigned through an MoU with the Government of Sindh (GoS), before finally being registered with SECP (Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan) in 2013.

PPHI was formed to restore health services in rural Sindh. Their immediate aim was to make sure all healthcare facilities referred by PPHI were fully functional, accessible and accessible by all.

An expert and efficient management team was appointed, working tirelessly towards this objective. Within short period, regular attendance by doctors and staff at health facilities as well as uninterrupted supply of medical supplies were ensured.
