AC Technician: Under the general supervision of the “Specialised Engineer” and direct supervision of the “Senior Maintenance Technician” the Specialized Technician (Air Conditioning), will ensure repair and maintenance of centralized air conditioning systems, direct gas fired absorption chillers, hot water heating boilers, associated pumps, air handling units, fan coil units, cooling tower, building management system, package & split type air-conditioning units, refrigerators, freezers, heating, and furnaces. The position involves preventive maintenance and safety checks and other related duties.

Plumbing: Under the general supervision of the Specialised Engineer” and direct supervision of the “Senior Maintenance Technician” the Specialized Technician (Plumber) installs, maintains, and repairs gas, heating and plumbing fixtures, domestic water, sewage system; performs maintenance services on sewage lines; carries out preventive maintenance and safety checks and performs other related duties.

Requirements

Education:

For AC Mechanic – Intermediate (12 years of education) and Certification in air-conditioning & refrigeration from a recognized institution.

For Plumber – Intermediate (12 years of education) and Certification in plumbing from a recognized institution.

Languages:

Intermediate knowledge of English and Urdu (reading, writing, and speaking)

Experience:

At least three (3) years of relevant experience in an international, diplomatic mission, or an established commercial organization, or 5-star hotel in operation and maintenance in the following fields:

For Air Conditioning:

Experience in repair and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
Experience in procurement of parts.

For Plumbing:

Experience in installation, maintenance and repairing of plumbing systems.
Experience working with copper, G.I Piping system and welding.

For Both Positions:

Computer Skills: MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
