Location: Multiple positions across Pakistan

Job Responsibilities
Customer Services Officer
- Handling account opening procedures including CDD/AML requirements
- Rectification of audit observations related to assigned tasks
- Processing closure of deposit accounts
- Completing documentation for activation of dormant/unclaimed accounts
- Proper filing, pasting, and maintenance of AOF forms in safe custody
- Updating customer profiles regularly
- Conducting bi-annual internal assessment of top 100 depositors
- Maintaining NADRA log book
- Updating periodic ODD of low/medium/high-risk accounts
Personal Banking Officer
- Achieving monthly private sector deposit targets
- Meeting cross-sales targets (Autos, Mortgages including LCH, Bancatakaful)
- Achieving monthly funded NTBs targets
- Promoting ADCs and digital channels (RDA & Digital Onboarding)
- Generating leads and referrals through effective relationship management
- Ensuring efficient product delivery to customers
- Delivering high-quality services to enhance customer experience
- Activating dormant relationships to increase average deposits
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent degree from HEC recognized local/foreign university
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with one year of relevant experience will be preferred
- Age Limit: Not more than 30 years as on application date
