Key Responsibilities:
Cash Handling & Transactions:
- Perform teller tasks, such as deposits, withdrawals and account transfers.
- Follow strictly the cash handling guidelines.
- Reconcile cash drawer at day end.
Customer Service:
- Provide professional customer service.
- Solve basic issues and move on to more difficult ones.
- Banks should promote banking services in accordance with guidelines.
Operational Compliance:
- Check for that you are in compliance with AML, KYC, and internal policies.
- Keep track of your records for auditing and report reasons.
ATM & Vault Management:
- Assistance in ATM recharge and problem-solving.
- Perform the vault tasks assigned to you.
Account Services:
- Assist with account opening and closing as well as update requests.
- Assistance in clearing checks deposits, check clearing, as well as transfers of funds.
Risk & Security:
- Be aware of security procedures.
- Inform management of suspicious activity.
Sales & Promotion:
- Bank products that cross-sell include credit cards, loans and savings accounts.
- Help in achieving branch sales goals.
Admin Support:
- Assist in the filing of data, data entry and correspondence with customers.
- Facilitate Branch operations that are smooth.
