Askari Bank has announced an fantastic opportunity for recent graduates throughout Pakistan by way of its Compliance Trainee Officer Program. The program aims to train the next generation of leaders in the areas of governance and risk management, as well as compliance through exposure to professional practice and structured training.

Candidates who are selected will be assigned in cities that are major, including Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore under the officer grade I position.

This program provides:

Particularized Functional Exposure
Trainees are expected to receive training in important compliance areas like AML (Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Fraud Risk Management and compliance Risk Management.

Defined Career Path:

The program provides a clear plan to accelerate your progress in the areas of compliance and regulatory.

Knowledge Enhancement:

Participants will be provided with comprehensive instruction in General Banking and Regulation Frameworks and Risk Management. KYC/CDD procedures, and AML/CFT procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

* Education: Four-year Bachelor’s degree from a recognized HEC institution.
A minimum GPA of 3.0
* Experience: New graduates are invited to fill out an application (up to one year’s experience in banking could count)
* Age not exceeding 25 years old as of the date of application.

Application Process & Guidelines:

Candidates will be subjected to an initial screening, followed by online tests and panel interviews. Women and those with disabilities are recommended to fill out an application. Candidates who are selected will be required to sign a 3 year service agreement for three years.
