Pakistan International School is being administered by a Board of Governors appointed from time to time who formulate guideline on matters requiring policy decision. The Ambassador of Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the state of Qatar is the Chairman of Board. The responsibility for the executive administration, day to day management and welfare of the staff rests upon the Principal. The Principal is assisted by 4 Vice Principals of the respective wings, Senior Boys, Senior Girls, Primary and Kindergarten.
