Accounts Assistant (BS-15)

• Required Qualification:
  • B.Com or equivalent degree in a relevant subject or field from an HEC-recognized university.
• Age Limit:
  • Male: 18 to 35 years
  • Female: 18 to 38 years
  • Age and gender of transgender candidates will be based on the details mentioned in their CNIC.
• Domicile: Punjab (All districts eligible)
• Place of Posting: Anywhere in Punjab
• Written Test Syllabus:
  • One paper of MCQ type test carrying 100 marks.
  • Duration: 90 minutes
  • 100% questions will be qualification-related (Commerce/Accounting subjects).

Junior Clerk (BS-11)

• Total Posts: 22

  • Minority Quota: 01

• Nature of Appointment: Contract (5 years)
• Required Qualification & Experience:
  i) Higher Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate, 2nd Division) from a recognized board.
  ii) Typing speed of 25 words per minute in English.
  iii) Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other relevant computer applications.
• Additional Notes:
  1. Only degrees recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) will be accepted.
  2. A minimum of 2nd division in the required qualifications is mandatory.
• Age Limit:
  • Male: 18 to 35 years
  • Female: 18 to 38 years
  • Transgender: As per CNIC
• Domicile: Punjab (All districts eligible)
• Place of Posting: Anywhere in Punjab
• Written Test Syllabus:
  • One paper of MCQ type written test (100 marks, 90 minutes).
  • Syllabus Breakdown:
    • 80% — General Ability (General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies, Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science, and Computer Skills)
    • 20% — Qualification-related questions

General Instructions & Eligibility Guidelines

1. The schedule for written tests and interviews will be announced on the PPSC website only.
2. Employees of Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel.
3. Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications must provide an Equivalence Certificate from HEC or another relevant authority.
4. Only degrees recognized by HEC or relevant authorities will be accepted.
5. Candidates already working in Government Departments must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.
6. In-service candidates will be given age relaxation as per government policy.
7. PPSC reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
8. Only candidates who qualify in the General Ability Test will be called for the Proficiency/Typing Test (for Junior Clerk post).
9. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.
