To qualify for the Minority Card, you must:
- Be a member of the Hindu, Christian, Sikh, or other minority religions living in Punjab.
- Have a computerized national ID card and a mobile phone number.
- Be a Punjab resident.
- Have a PMT score of 45% or below (you can check this at NSER or BISP service centers).
- Not receive financial help from other programs like BISP or PSPA.
How to Register Online
Follow these steps to apply for the Minority Card:
- Visit mcard.punjab.gov.pk and find the registration form.
- Fill in the details, including:
- Head of family’s name
- Father’s name
- CNIC number and date of issue
- Date of birth, religion, nationality, and place of birth
- Mobile phone number
- Provide additional details like disability status, health conditions, education, and employment.
- Enter your current address.
- Review your details and click the Submit button.
How to Get the Payment
Once eligible, you can withdraw the Rs 10,500 payment using your Minority Card through an ATM.
