1. Provincial Monitoring Coordinator (PPS-08)

  • Number of Posts: 22
  • Age Limit: Up to 40 years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably in Public Health, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Medical Doctor, or Social Sciences.
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in monitoring & evaluation, survey/data analysis, planning, management, or administration, preferably in primary or preventive healthcare programs.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Supervise data collection and analysis for healthcare services.
    • Ensure timely monitoring of health facilities across the province.
    • Prepare periodic reports for decision-making and policy improvement.

2. Program Officer (IT) (PPS-08)

  • Number of Posts: 01
  • Age Limit: Up to 40 years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • M.Sc./BS (Hons) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Database Management (16 years of education) from a recognized university.
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing, analyzing, or presenting data and information systems, preferably in the public health or primary healthcare sector.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage healthcare databases and digital monitoring systems.
    • Support data integration and software functionality.
    • Ensure IT infrastructure meets data accuracy and security standards.

3. Program Officer (Data/Statistics) (PPS-08)

  • Number of Posts: 02
  • Age Limit: Up to 40 years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • M.Sc./BS (Hons) in Statistics or Bio-Statistics from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, report generation, and information system management in healthcare or development projects.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Conduct statistical analysis and generate data insights.

4. Program Officer (Accounts) (PPS-08)

  • Age Limit: Up to 40 years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration from a recognized university.
    • Minimum 2 years of practical experience in public accounts, pre-audit, or financial reporting, preferably in the public sector.
    • Professional certifications such as MBA, MPA, ACCA, ACMA, CA, or CCA will be preferred.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage project finances and maintain proper accounting records.
    • Ensure compliance with government financial regulations.
    • Prepare periodic expenditure and budget utilization reports.

5. Program Officer (Admin/General) (PPS-08)

  • Number of Posts: 02
  • Age Limit: Up to 40 years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Minimum 14 years of education or Graduation in Management, Social Sciences, or Communication from a recognized university.
    • At least 1 year of relevant practical experience in administration, HR management, or coordination, preferably in a healthcare-related project.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and HR functions.
    • Coordinate with district and provincial teams.
    • Ensure smooth implementation of project operations.

6. Accounts Assistant (PPS-04)

  • Number of Posts: 02
  • Age Limit: Up to 40 years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • B.A. or B.Com (Second Division) from a recognized university.
    • At least 1 year of experience in accounts or finance in a public sector organization or development project.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Assist in bookkeeping, voucher preparation, and record maintenance.
    • Support audit and finance teams during project evaluations.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. All positions are project-based, non-transferable, and will continue during the project period only.
  2. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.
  3. Candidates currently working in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel.
  4. Submission of fake documents or concealment of facts will lead to immediate disqualification.
  5. Only degrees from HEC-recognized or reputed foreign universities will be accepted.
  6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview via email, call, or SMS.
  7. Candidates must bring original documents and attested photocopies at the time of the interview.
  8. The Department reserves the right to reject or cancel any or all applications without assigning any reason.
  9. Transgender individuals are encouraged to apply.
  10. Final appointments will be made as per project requirements, and the decision of the Selection Committee will be final.
