HRMIS stands for Human Resource Management Information System. It is of a kind of software designed by NHA team, targeting specifically employee management as per organizational needs. It covers all aspects of human resource management from the appointment of employees until they retire or their contracts expire.

Its Executive Dashboard gives the information to the higher management on just a few clicks on ‘Need to Know’ basis and enables them to monitor NHA strength, Recruitments done in the selected year, postings & transfers, local & foreign trainings, ACRs’ remaining, transport & medical expenses and ongoing major & minor inquiries. So they make the right decision at the right time.  

The candidate holding a Degree of B.TECH, B.TECH(HONS) or bachelor in Civil Technology is not Eligible for an Internship as per NHA Policy

NHS will pay a monthly stipend of 20,000 To the Candidates Qualified at Bachelors degrees and 10,1000 per to the candidates qualified diploma in the education disciplines defined above. On Completion of the Intership, the successful intern will be awarded an Intership Completion Certificate by the NHA HQs.

Instructions:

i. After printing the application form, attach attested copies of candidate’s CNIC, Domicile, Degree, and Final Transcript and forward to DIRECTOR (HRD) 27-Mauve Area G-9/ , Islamabad, Tel:051-9032710.

ii. Incomplete Applications or received without requisite documents / Certificates shall not be entertained/accommodated.

iii. Selected candidates will be deployed in any office / Project of NHA throughout Country.
