Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university
- For Processing Officer, candidates holding a Master’s degree will be given preference
Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with one year of relevant banking experience will be preferred
Age Limit (as of closing date)
- General Banking Officer (OG-III): Maximum 27 years
- Processing Officer (OG-III): Maximum 26 years
Job Responsibilities
General Banking Officer (OG-III)
- Front-office and back-office banking operations
- Customer transactions and service handling
- Account opening and maintenance
- Remittances, clearing, and ATM cash settlement
- Term deposits processing
- Compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements
🔹 Processing Officer (OG-III)
- Sales processing and loan documentation
- Database management and MIS reporting
- Portfolio monitoring and product reviews
- Compliance with SBP and SECP regulations
- Preparation of analytical and management reports
- Supporting branch and line management in achieving business targets
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- For Processing Officer: strong data management, analysis, and MIS reporting skills
Contract Duration
- Contract period: Three (03) years
- Renewable at the discretion of management
- Selected candidates must serve at their initial place of posting for at least three years
- No transfer request will be entertained during this period
