• ANALYZE TRENDS IN FARE UTILIZATION, REVENUE GENERATION, AND MARKET CONDITIONS. SEGMENT CUSTOMERS BASED ON MARKET CONDITIONS AND DEFINE COMPETITIVE POSITIONING
