Our models—whether it is equity-based land-sharing of state land against construction cost of housing units in big cities, or a collaborative arrangement of provision of subsidy to the beneficiaries of affordable houses in Private Housing Schemes under this program or interest-free loans to owners of plots upto 5 Marlas for Urban and upto 10 Marlas for Rural—reflect our determination to uplift low-income families.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1 Applicant is a head of his/her beta (nucleus) family as per NADRA record.
2 Applicant is a permanent resident of Punjab as per his/her CNIC.
3 Applicant is sole owner and possessor of a parcel of land measuring 5 Marla or less in urban areas and land up to 10 Marla in rural areas anywhere in Punjab, on the date of online application submission, wherein he/she intends to build his/her house.
4 Applicant should not have a criminal record such as being convicted for anti-state, anti-social activities and heinous crimes etc.
5 Applicant should not be a loan defaulter of any financial institution/ bank etc.
6 Applicant is registered with National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) in a household having a PMT score of 60 or less.
