Spain Visa Requirement For Pakistani Passport Holders & Citizens

Spain Tourist Visa From Pakistan Requirements
1. Short-stay visa application form must be filled out and signed by the applicant. In the case of minor(s) this form must be signed by both parents.
2. Two (2) recent photos of the applicant. Two (2) recent photographs of the. Please review the photo specifications here.
3. A regular passport or any other recognized travel document that is valid for a minimum of three months after the date of expiry for the visa sought. The passport must contain at least two blank pages. Bring previous passports in the event of any, and include application copies on A4 size paper of the pages used.
4. Photocopy of your ID national card
5. Foreign nationals from third countries living in Pakistan have to submit supporting documents attesting to the legality and duration of their stay here.
6. Original as well as photocopy the Family Registration Certificate issued by NADRA (in English or with a certified translation if it is in Urdu)
7. If a child is under age (under 18) traveling with one parent, written consent from both parents is needed together with an image of the CNIC card.
8. Original letter signed by the employer or company of the applicant, stating the title, position, and salary, the duration in employment, the address, phone details of the company, their purpose, and duration of the visit to that Schengen state(s). In the case of a “student”, an original signed letter from the school/college or university.
9. Personal income documents that support the income:
- Original bank statements from the past six months
- National Tax Number Certificate (NTN) for the last two years, and the proof of income tax paid (FBR)
- The last three payslips
10. Accommodation evidence (confirmed booking at a hotel or rental agreement clearly indicating your name and rental dates and address for accommodation) that covers the entire duration of travel. Consider a waiver of your hotel reservations (in Spain only)
11. Copy of the flight booking(s).
12. If it is an all-inclusive tour, include the itinerary in detail.
13. Original and duplicate of a travel medical insurance policy that is not less than 30,000 euros. The policy must cover hospitalization and medical expenses for the whole duration of the valid stay within Schengen territory, as in repatriation and other costs. Check the list of approved insurers in Pakistan that have been approved by Schengen Partners in Islamabad.
The Embassy reserves the right to ask for additional documents.
Original documents will not be required. They will be returned along with a passport, but only if copies of the documents are provided by the applicant upon request.
Spain Business Visas from Pakistan Requirements
