JOB Description
for Sr. Engineer – Electrical :
Knowledge of
basic engineering principles of Electrical design
Knowledge of
Control panel design, wiring harness design, Switch gear component selection
etc.
Electrical
designing of circuits for various types of AMF panels for DG set, distribution
system, power circuits.
Perform
detailed calculations related to electrical systems for selection of parts
Knowledge of
creation of bill of material of electrical parts like Control panels, wiring
harness etc. including detail specification and release in PLM system
Should be
competent enough to understand the working of the Genset.
Well aware of
the Electronic Engine, should have working experience of ECU/ECM functionality
Should have an
experience on New Product Development and related processes.
Should have
experience of using Engineering Tools like concept design, DFMEA, Cause&
Effect etc.
Knowhow of
Conducting Design Technical Reviews.
Experience on
Testing and Validating the GENSET electrical safety system and design as per
standards. Knowledge of ISO standards related to Genset
Knowledge of
System designing, component and cable selection as per CE and UL requirements.
Knowhow of
Designing of Synchronization Panels, ATP & ATS panels and AMF panels.
