to hire an Assistant Manager- Accounts Receivables & Payables who will be
responsible for assisting the team in day to day operations matters for AR / AP
for our Client based in
Dubai– which is one of the largest companies
in the region.

This position
is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months and is renewable based
on performance.

Key
responsibilities:

Be involved in
the process of reviewing and approving payments.

Assist the team
in day to day operations matters for AR / AP as required.

Ensure that
payments are processed as per the company processes and checklists.

Support in the
preparation of month-end project reports / AR reports.

Provide support
in adhoc reports in liaison with the line managers.

Accounts
Payable Duties: Validation of invoices, Approval of Payments, online banking
protocols, payment processing, RERA Escrow banking systems experience

Accounts
Receivable Duties: receipt to clearing cycle in Oracle, process of Bill to
Collect cycle.

Knowledge,
skills & experience:

Bachelor’s
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar.

Minimum of 5
years work experience as a Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager Finance or
similar.

ACCA
certificate holder or similar will be considered an advantage.

Hands-on
experience in Oracle ERP as well as Yardi.

Good
understanding of revenue recognition.

Familiar with
the Escrow rules for collection under RERA regulations.

Mandatory prior
experience in Accounts Receivable.

Excellent
communication skills.

Availability:

Preference will
be given to candidates available immediately or maximum 30 days after accepting
the offer.

Adequate

regional GCC experience is essential, together with experience working for an
