Duties & Responsibilities
Make Word records organized to supplier and Skywriter MD record inclinations using supplier work processes and the Skywriter MD Style Guide
Review record reports before creat a polished product
Upload explored record reports to proper, unified internet-based location for information section into EHR
Ability to utilize multiple software platforms simultaneously including Office 365 and the Skywriter MD application
Minimum standards of 98.7% accuracy must be met on all reports
Will be responsible for acute care, clinical, radiology and pathology reports
Strict adherence to all confidentiality requirements, including HIPAA
Must provide own secure workstation, including a USB foot peddle
Qualifications
Comprehension of clinical documentation; capacity to record clinical appraisal and plan in an EHR Clinical wording, essential life structures, clinical trials, frameworks audit, and normal prescriptions information are useful.
Capable in English; familiarity with optional dialects are esteemed also the ability to actively listen.
Typing proficiency (approximately 75 words/minute).
Strong attention to detail.
