Responsibilities:
Showcase your accounting and administrative expertise by managing cash payouts, purchases, and weekly invoices with precision, ensuring accurate profitability reports
Demonstrate exceptional leadership, fostering effective communication and smooth operations across the team
Be a proactive problem solver, supporting your team with sound decision-making and a self-starting attitude
Ensure a safe and organized workplace by maintaining compliance, updating partner boards, and managing accurate files and paperwork
Qualifications:
1 year experience in Payroll or Accounting
An in-depth understanding of Microsoft Excel
The ability to delegate efficiently, excellence in communication and the ability to handle situations that require you to keep your cool
An innate drive to help others succeed, enviable organization, time management and feedback skills and a generosity in sharing your skills and knowledge with your team
The ability to legally work in the USA
