Punjab Food Authority Jobs operating under the Home Department, Government of the Punjab, has been established to ensure the forensic examination and testing of fertilizers, pesticides, food, and drugs. The authority is dedicated to upholding high professional and forensic standards while meeting international benchmarks.

PAFDA is looking for highly qualified, competent, and motivated professionals to join its growing team. Applications are invited from suitable candidates for appointments on a contract basis for an initial period of three (03) years. The detailed positions, eligibility criteria, and other conditions are as follows:

Available Positions

1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Salary: Rs. 1,000,000/- per month
Age Limit: 40 – 50 years

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Must be a Member of a recognized professional accounting body (ICAP/ICMA or equivalent).
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or audit within public or private organizations, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Candidates with experience in forensic accounting, ERP systems, and public sector regulations will be preferred.

OR

• Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounts (or an equivalent qualification) from an HEC-recognized university with at least 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in senior leadership positions.

Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)

Salary: Rs. 1,000,000/- per month
Age Limit: 35 – 50 years

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Ph.D. in Genetics, Entomology, Analytical Chemistry, Plant Physiology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacy, Animal Nutrition, or Food Technology from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Must possess at least 10 years of relevant experience in laboratory strategy, analysis, planning, and forensic testing, including 5 years in leadership roles.
• Candidates with expertise in strategic planning and policy formulation for laboratory and forensic analysis will be given preference.

Chief Internal Auditor (CIA)

Salary: Rs. 1,000,000/- per month
Age Limit: 40 – 55 years

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Member of a recognized body of professional accountants with a minimum of 10 years of internal audit experience, including 5 years in senior positions in the public or private sector.
• Preference will be given to candidates having CIA, CISA, or equivalent certifications.

OR

• Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting with at least 45% marks from an HEC-recognized university and 15 years of audit experience in relevant fields.

General Manager (Procurement)

Salary: Rs. 725,000/- per month
Age Limit: 35 – 55 years

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Public Administration, Supply Chain, or Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
• At least 10 years of experience in procurement in the public or private sector, including 5 years in managerial roles.
• Experience in e-Procurement systems and procurement of technical/high-tech equipment will be preferred.

General Manager (IT)

Salary: Rs. 725,000/- per month
Age Limit: 35 – 50 years

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or Software Management from an HEC-recognized institution.
• At least 10 years of experience in managing network infrastructure or IT systems in public/private organizations.
• Must have experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and Network Management in Laboratories.

General Manager (Communication)

Salary: Rs. 725,000/- per month
Age Limit: 35 – 50 years

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or Media Management from an HEC-recognized university.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communication, media coordination, or public relations, including 5 years of leadership experience.
• Strong media relations and digital communication skills are essential.

General Manager (Works)

Salary: Rs. 725,000/- per month
Age Limit: 30 – 50 years

Required Qualification and Experience:

• B.Sc. in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
• At least 10 years of experience in design, construction, and maintenance projects, including 5 years of management experience.
• Must be familiar with Building Management Systems (BMS) and infrastructure management.
• Registration with PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) is mandatory.
