Eligibility Criteria
Are you interested? Female and male applicants who hold MAtriculation in Science and DAE can apply for this job. Only those apply for this job. Applicants who are between 17-21 years can apply for this job.
Matriculation and Science (Minimum 2nd Division) 10% weightage is given for FSc (with Physics and Mathematical) and DAE Candidates who have passed.
Age Limit: 17 to 21 Years on 5th April 2023

POF Artisan Training Scheme Details
The candidates selected will go through 18 months of instruction in POFIT. Pakistan Ordinance Factories Institute of Technology (POFIT) located at Wah Cantt in accordance with the regulations under the Apprentices Ordinance 1962.
Individuals who are selected will be given an annual stipend. The specifics about the monthly allowance available in the POF website. Stationery and uniforms are provided for free to artisans during course of training.
According to the Apprenticeship Rule of 1966, the employer is not required to provide the apprentice with the opportunity to work. But, a small amount of top apprentices are able to be placed upon merit in the BPS-5 (Skilled Workman) as per the POF’s guidelines. There is also provincial quotas for newcomers.
