Basic responsibilities are:

To establish a baseline schedule for the project.

Preparation of monthly progress report, maintaining and updating work schedule, monitoring/tracking project progress and preparation of incident reports, insurance claims, etc.

Preparation of cash flow statements./

Initiation and tracking of POs and communication with Vendors, whenever required.

Reconciliation of materials.

Preparation of ISO documents related to the quality management system.
