Following the Scheme of Arrangement (SOA) approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) in May 2024, PIAHCL has assumed control of the non-core assets and liabilities of PIACL. As part of our strategic restructuring, we are building a team of experienced, dynamic professionals to lead key functions within our Accounting & Finance and Portfolio Management & Coordination departments.
