To apply the applicant would also need to provide:
Filled and Signed Request Application Form of JS Working Capital Business Loan
Copy of CNIC/NICOP
Two (2) recent Passport size Photographs
Processing Fee Deposit Slip
Audited Accounts and Management Accounts, as per SME Prudential Regulation, where applicable
Personal guarantee of the owner/directors. Sponsor directors’ personal guarantee in the case of limited companies
Supporting Documents/Undertaking to be obtained for proper utilization of loan.
Business proof of last 3 years
Last 1 year bank statement along with bank certificate for non-JS Bank account holders
Maximum 3 Bank statements of at least 1 year
