Eligibility Criteria to Join the Pakistan Army 2025:
To be a part of the Pakistan Army as a Captain under the Direct Short Service Commission 2025, the applicants are required to be male citizens of Pakistan. The maximum age is 28 years as of 01 November 2025. Candidates who are married or unmarried are eligible to apply.
The applicant must be able to demonstrate the relevant qualifications to be eligible for the category they are applying for. To be eligible for the Army Education Corps, an MA/MSc/BS (4 years) in specific subjects is required. Law officers require an LLB with at least two years’ experience in the Barr, as well as Psychologist Officers who require an MSc/BS degree in Psychology, and Veterinary Officers need at least a DVM or equivalent qualification.
The preference is given to those who have higher qualifications, such as MSc (Hons) as well as MPhil. All applicants must satisfy the Pakistan Army’s physical and medical fitness requirements. Veterinarians must be registered with PVMC.
