- Training Period: 24 weeks
- Qualification: MBBS with FCPS/FRCP/MRCP or equivalent in:
- ENT
- Eye Specialist
- Gynecologist
- Psychiatrist
- Anesthetist
Note: Candidates with only FCPS-I or MCPS are not eligible.

- Rank: Flight Lieutenant
- Age Limit: 25–33 Years (as on 15 Oct 2025)
- Training Period: 24 weeks
- Qualification: MBBS with a minimum of 2 years’ experience (recognized by PMDC/PMC)

- Rank: Flight Lieutenant
- Age Limit: 25–33 Years (as on 15 Oct 2025)
- Training Period: 24 weeks
- Qualification: BDS with 2 years’ experience (recognized by PMDC/PMC)
Selection Procedure
- Step 1: Online Registration at www.joinpaf.gov.pk
- Step 2: Initial Test (Academic + Intelligence)
- Step 3: Initial Medical Exam & Interview at PAF I&S Center
- Step 4: Psychological Test (shortlisted candidates)
- Step 5: Interview by AHQ Selection Board
- Step 6: Final Medical at CMB, Lahore
- Step 7: Final Selection by AHQ in order of merit
