At least 5 to 7 years of experience as a Project Manager. Skilled in MS Project and Primavera P6. Must have knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and construction principles.
Document Controller
3 to 5 years of experience in document control in construction or oil & gas sector. Proficient in systems like Aconex, Asite, or SharePoint.
Sr. Planning Engineer (Pipe Spool Fabrication)
5 to 7 years of experience as a Planning Engineer. Must know Primavera P6 and planning procedures in fabrication projects.
Material Controller
3 to 5 years of experience in material control or logistics. Skilled in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
Civil QS Engineer
5 to 8 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost control. Able to read drawings and prepare estimates.
Cost Control Engineer
5 to 8 years of experience in cost management. Should know Earned Value Management, budgeting, and cost breakdown structures.
MEP QS Engineer
5 to 8 years of experience in cost management of MEP systems like HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Site Accountant
3 to 5 years of experience in accounting within construction or oil & gas. Able to manage payroll, accounts, and cost monitoring.
Driver
2 to 5 years of driving experience with valid HTV/LTV license. Must know Saudi traffic laws and basic vehicle checks.
Permit Receiver (APR or LOA)
3 to 5 years of experience in construction or oil & gas sites. Knowledge of work permits like hot work, confined space, and electrical permits.
Project Engineer
8+ years of experience in construction or oil & gas. Strong knowledge of project drawings, materials, and site operations.
Pump Project Engineer
5 to 8 years of experience in pump projects and rotating equipment. Skilled in installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
Pump Technician (Electrical & Mechanical)
3 to 5 years of experience maintaining industrial pumps. Skilled in alignment, seal replacement, and electrical repairs.
Civil Site Engineer
3 to 5 years of site experience in civil construction. Skilled in AutoCAD and concrete work.
Electrical Site Engineer
3 to 5 years of experience in electrical installations. Knowledge of IEC and SEC standards.
Mechanical Site Engineer
3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical systems and HVAC installation. Knowledge of ASHRAE standards.
Site Store Keeper
3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse or storekeeping. Skilled in ERP software and Excel.
Supervisor (Civil / Fire Alarm / Fire Fighting)
5 to 8 years of experience supervising civil or fire systems work. Must know NFPA standards.
Laborer
0 to 3 years of work experience. Must be fit, safety-aware, and able to handle physical labor.
Site Surveyor
3 to 5 years of experience in land surveying. Skilled in GPS, total station, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Steel Fixer
3 to 5 years of experience fixing steel reinforcement. Able to read bar bending schedules.
Welder
3 to 5 years of welding experience using SMAW and GTAW. Able to read blueprints and weld symbols.
Electrical Technician
3 to 5 years of experience in electrical installation and troubleshooting. Knowledge of LV systems and NFPA standards.
Fire Alarm Programmer
3 to 5 years of experience programming addressable fire alarm systems. Knows NFPA 72 codes.
Fire Alarm Technician / Fibre Optic
3 to 5 years of experience in fire alarm and fibre optic systems. Skilled in splicing and testing.
Firefighting Technician
3 to 5 years of experience with sprinkler systems and fire protection. Knowledge of NFPA standards.
Mechanical Technician
3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical installation and maintenance. Skilled in alignment and equipment handling.
Fire Captain
8 to 10 years of fire service experience with 3 to 5 years in supervision. Fire Officer and EMT certifications preferred.
Dispatcher
2 to 4 years of dispatching experience in emergency or transport services. Skilled in radio and CAD systems.
Firefighter
Firefighter I/II certification preferred. Must be physically fit and trained in rescue and safety.
Rescue Technician
3 to 5 years of experience in technical rescue operations. Must have NFPA 1006 certification.
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
Certified EMT with BLS training. 0 to 2 years of medical field experience preferred.
Fire Safety Officer
5 to 8 years of fire prevention experience. NEBOSH or OSHA certification required.
Hazardous Materials (HazMat) Specialist
