Required Qualifications & Professional Criteria
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN – 16 Years of Education) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized and accredited nursing institution. - Certification:
Candidates who have already passed the Prometric Examination are preferred.
Such candidates will be directly interviewed and processed by the employer. - Experience:
Preference will be given to applicants having prior experience in clinical or hospital settings, though fresh graduates meeting qualification standards are also eligible.
Compensation Package
- Total Gross Salary:
SAR 4,500 per month (for a 7-day work week, 12-hour shifts per day, inclusive of all allowances).- For a 6-day work week, the salary will be reduced by SAR 500 per month.
- The work schedule includes 5–6 hours of active care daily, with the remaining hours considered on-call standby.
- Additional Benefits:
- Free shared accommodation (with proper air conditioning and attached bathroom).
- Free transportation from residence to the hospital/clinic and back.
- Free air ticket (economy class) from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia (Jeddah) upon appointment and return ticket at contract completion.
- 21 days paid annual leave per year.
- Free medical insurance as per Saudi labor regulations.
- Contract renewal available based on performance and mutual consent.
Additional Facilities & Allowances
- Free air passage from the point of origin in Pakistan to Saudi Arabia (Jeddah).
- Surface transport (if required) between airport and job location.
- Free return airfare from Jeddah to Pakistan upon completion of contract.
- Repatriation coverage for returning to Pakistan at the end of employment.
- Annual renewal allowance as part of contract extension process.
Terms & Conditions
- Employment is strictly for female nurses with Pakistani nationality and domicile.
- Candidates must possess valid nursing qualifications recognized by the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
- The maximum age limit for applicants is 40 years on the closing date.
- The contract period will be as per the employer’s terms, renewable upon satisfactory performance.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview and selection by the Saudi employer.
- No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be provided for attending interviews.
- Prometric-qualified candidates will be given preference and may be processed directly.
