Customer Services Agent / Bell Host
- Applicants must have at least a High School qualification.
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Airport experience will be considered an advantage.
- Must be able to handle workload effectively, work under pressure, manage shifting priorities, and perform in a fast-paced workplace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to interact professionally with passengers and customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Must be physically fit, able to stand for extended periods, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Required to maintain a polite, helpful, and team-oriented attitude at all times.
- Wearing a uniform during duty hours is mandatory.
- Strong English communication skills will be preferred.
