1. Instrument Technician

Qualification:
Diploma or Associate Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
A high school diploma with strong technical experience may also be accepted.

Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in industrial instrumentation or a similar technical role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate, and commission industrial instruments (pressure, temperature, level, and flow transmitters).
• Conduct periodic calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation loops and PLC/DCS field devices.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Perform routine diagnostics and system inspections.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of instrumentation principles, control loops, and calibration protocols.

• Diagnose faults, repair equipment, and maintain calibration records.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of measurement tools and instruments.

Calibration Supervisor

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation)
or in Science (Physics, Chemistry, or related field).
Diploma or technical certification with extensive experience may also be accepted.

Experience Required:
At least 5 years of professional experience in calibration, instrumentation, or maintenance,
with 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and electronic instruments.
• Oversee calibration of devices such as temperature sensors, pressure gauges, flow meters, and multi-meters.
• Manage calibration teams and ensure work is performed to international quality standards.
• Maintain accurate calibration certificates, logs, and inspection reports.
• Lead improvement initiatives and ensure tool reliability and safety compliance.
• Train technicians and ensure adherence to ISO/quality management procedures.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management ability.
• In-depth knowledge of metrology, calibration principles, and measurement standards.
