Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university in a relevant discipline such as Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant banking or microfinance experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills will be considered an advantage.
- Candidates applying for IT-related roles must have hands-on expertise in system administration, database management, and network infrastructure.
