Internship Details

Program Title: Graduate Internship Program (GIP) 2025–26
Position: Development Fellow
Total Positions: 75
Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years
Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum BE/BSc Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) with 1st Division or 2.5 CGPA or above, and 60% marks from HEC-recognised universities.
• Valid PEC registration is required for engineering graduates.
• B.Tech (Honours) in Electrical/Electronics with the same academic criteria (1st Division or 2.5 CGPA or above).
• DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Electrical/Electronic Technology with a minimum of 3 years from a recognised technical board or institute.

Quota Allocation

• Total Posts: 75
• Quota Districts: Attock, Thatta, Haripur, and Islamabad

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must hold the required qualification from recognised institutions.
• Applicants must belong to the districts mentioned above.
• Those who have previously availed the Development Fellow opportunity at NGC/NTDC are not eligible to apply.
• Candidates awaiting final results are not eligible.
• Applicants must upload verified educational documents (degrees, certificates, and transcripts) along with a PEC registration card (where applicable), CNIC, domicile, and a recent passport-size photograph at the time of online application.

Internship Duration and Stipend

• The internship tenure will be one year only and will not be extended under any circumstances.
• Monthly Stipend:
  • Rs. 40,000 for BE/BSc Engineering or B.Tech (Honours) candidates
  • Rs. 30,000 for DAE (Electrical/Electronic) candidates

Important Instructions for Applicants

1. Candidates must apply online through the official NGC Application Portal.
2. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the Graduate Internship Program 2025–26.
3. Applicants must present original HEC-verified documents and certificates during the interview or when requested by NGC.
4. Age will be calculated based on the last date of application submission. No age relaxation will be granted.
5. Incomplete applications or those containing incorrect information will be rejected at any stage, even after selection.
6. Applicants dismissed from any organization due to disciplinary action are not eligible.
7. No TA/DA will be provided for the interview or selection process.
8. NGC reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of positions at any stage without prior notice.

Application Deadline

The last date for submitting online applications is November 2, 2025. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.
