For Associate Professor (BS-20):

At least Ten (10) Research Publications with as a minimum 4 courses within the remaining 5 years in HEC recognized journals.
For Professor (BS-21):
At least ten (10) years submit Ph.D. And/or at least 15 years of coaching and research experience in a recognized university or studies employer.
At least fifteen (15) Research Publications with at least five courses in the last 5 years in HEC-diagnosed journals.
Other Requirements:
Maximum age restriction of 62 years as of the last date of the commercial (No age rest allowed).
Recognized publications in Urdu Literature.
Familiarity with the Persian Language is most advantageous.
Knowledge of the lifestyle, establishments, and people of the host us of a.
Capacity and competence in management to promote Pakistan’s language, records, and tradition.
Experience in mentoring, advocacy, communique, organizational management, studies, offers, diplomacy, media relations, and educational personnel associations.
Membership in professional or instructional bodies is supported via documentary evidence.
Research main to pleasant publications at some point of the tenure overseas is ideal.
Proficiency in computer abilities and interpersonal competencies.
Terms and Conditions:
Initial appointment for three years on deputation foundation, extendable for a maximum of two years, primarily based on first-class overall performance evaluations.
