Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Maryam Nawaz on Monday unveiled the ‘Maryam Ki Dastak App The app is designed to offer different services directly to the doorsteps of people.
The “Maryam Ki Dastak App” will offer a range of services, including: Issuance of domicile, e-stamping, birth/death certificates, marriage/divorce certificates, vehicle registration/transfer and tax payments.
Residents of Punjab can use the services from their homes since representatives from department’s government offices will arrive at the home and take the required documents. After the procedure, the documents will be handed over to the doorstep of the person applying for them.
The program addresses the long-standing problems that have been causing numerous trips to the government office, lengthy lines, inconsistent information and corruption in the Commission Agent Mafia, providing citizens with a reliable service that is delivered to their doorstep.
