HEC 75th National Top Talent Scholarship

All applicants are invited to submit an application for the HEC75th National Top Talent Scholarship 2023-24 in World Top Universities. All Pakistani students can apply for the 75th Celebration Of Independence Day Of Pakistan Scholarship program 2023. All Masters or Ph.D. students who wish to study at the world’s top 25 universities are welcome to apply. HEC offers Fully funded Scholarships to students who wish to study at the top 25 universities in the world. This award is available for the academic session 2023/2024. You can also apply for Yokohama National University Scholar 2023-24 in Japan (Fully funded).

HEC offers multiple academic areas and majors under the 75th Celebration Of Independence Day Of Pakistan Scholarship program to study Postgraduate Degree Programmes. The Master’s Degree lasts 2 Year and the Doctoral degree takes 4 years. All expenses will be covered by the award.

The Honorable Prime Minister of Islamic Republic of Pakistan was pleased to award 40 and 35 MS Scholarships to Azad Kashmir and Pakistani nationals enrolled in top 25 universities around the globe.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the HEC 75th National Top Talent Scholarship 2023-24, applicants must meet these criteria:

The applicant should be at least 18 years old Pakistani/Azad Kashmir national

Confirmed/Unconditional Admission/Enrollment in any of the Top 25 Ranked University (QS/Times Higher Education) in selected subjects

At the time of submission, candidates must possess a minimum qualification:

For MS Scholarships: BS/BE/Masters degree or equivalent in the relevant field

For PhD Scholarships: MS/MPhil/ME equivalent to 18 years education in the relevant field.

Applicants must have a minimum CGPA 3.0 out of 4.0 and 3.75 out of 5 in semester system or First Division (in the annual system) in BS/BE/Masters/equivalent for MS scholarships and MS/MPhil/ME/Equivalent degree for PhD Scholarships.

Maximum one-second division during the academic career before the final degree.

Maximum age The closing date is:

40 years for full-time regular Faculty Members of Public Sector Universities/Colleges or employees of the Public Sector organization.

All others: 35 years

You must You cannot be eligible for any other scholarship . (in the case of an applicant to the HEC Scholarship Scheme you will need to submit the NOC for that scholarship project.

Employees of any Public Sector University/Organization needs to submit an NOC to apply for the scholarship from his/her organization.
