Over 100,000 Electric Bikes and 3,000 Electric Rickshaws & Loaders
As part of this program, more than 100,000 electric bikes and over 3,000 electric rickshaws and loaders will be made easily accessible to the public with low cost and government financial support. This move is intended to shift the public towards eco-friendly transportation options and to reduce dependency on petrol and diesel.

Government to Provide Electric Bikes Through National Boards
The federal government, in collaboration with provincial and national boards, will provide electric bikes to teachers and board toppers across the country. Additionally, jobless individuals will be given priority to receive electric rickshaws and loaders to help them start earning a livelihood. The initiative reflects the government’s commitment to empowering citizens through green technology.



Prime Minister’s Directives
The Prime Minister has issued special instructions to:
- Ensure public-level affordability for electric vehicles through government subsidies.
- Develop a transparent distribution system to ensure fair and effective implementation of the subsidy program.
- Launch awareness campaigns to inform citizens about the program’s benefits.
- Set up a robust monitoring system to ensure high-quality production of electric bikes and loaders.
