Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) was incorporated as a publicly restrained company on May thirteen, 1998, below the Companies Ordinance 1984. QESCO commenced its enterprise on July 1, 1998. As a result of WAPDA’s system of corporatization and commercialization, its former electric-powered vicinity boards were transformed into agencies and QESCO took over the commercial enterprise of WAPDA’s assets and liabilities.
