Role Summary:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure project execution aligns with the design, schedule, and budget.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and plans and ensure their correct implementation at the site.
- Monitor labour, materials, and equipment to ensure adequate resources are available and used efficiently.
- Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Ensure all work is executed by safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, progress reports, and material usage.
- Identify any potential issues or delays and recommend corrective actions to the Project Manager.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Assist in managing site logistics, including material deliveries, storage, and equipment movement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in site supervision and construction project execution.
- Experience in fit-out and finishing works is required
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Problem-solving & people management skills
- Proactive and hands-on approach to site challenges
- Good communication skills. Bilingual fluency preferred
- Valid transferable residency
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
