Terms and Conditions

1. Application Submission:
   Candidates must send their applications along with complete documents through registered post or by hand. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.
2. Domicile Requirement:
   Applicants must possess a local domicile of the District Buner.
3. Communication:
   Candidates are required to mention a valid mobile number and WhatsApp number on their application for future correspondence.
4. Required Documents:
   Attested copies of educational certificates, experience certificates, CNIC, domicile, and recent photographs must be attached with the application form.
5. Government Employees:
   Applicants already serving in government or semi-government organizations should apply through proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current department.
6. Interview and Selection:
   Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a test or interview. The date and time will be communicated via phone or WhatsApp.
7. No TA/DA:
   No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be provided to candidates appearing for the test or interview.
8. Unemployment Certificate:
   Applicants must obtain an Unemployment Certificate from the District Employment Exchange office.
9. Quota Policy:
   Recruitment will follow the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Recruitment Policy 2008, ensuring proper representation as per rules.
10. Application Submission Method:
    Applications can be submitted by hand to the office of the Sessions Judge / Anti-Terrorism Court, District Buner, during office hours before the last date.
11. Disqualification:
    Applications containing false information or fake documents will be rejected, and legal action may be taken against such applicants.
12. Final Decision:
    The competent authority reserves the right to cancel, increase, or decrease the number of vacancies without providing any reason.
