The Office of the Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court-I (ATC-I), Malakand Division, Swat, hereby issues a corrigendum (amendment notice) concerning the earlier advertisement No. INF(P)4469/25, published on 23rd October 2025 in various newspapers and media outlets, regarding the recruitment for several vacant positions in this office.

After reviewing the details of the previously published advertisement, certain corrections have been made in the educational qualifications and eligibility criteria for the post mentioned below. All concerned applicants are advised to carefully read and follow the revised details provided in this corrigendum.Position: Driver (BPS-06)

Revised Educational Qualification and Requirements:

The educational qualification and other eligibility requirements for the post of Driver (BPS-06), previously mentioned under Serial No. 1 of the original advertisement, shall now be read as follows:

Candidates holding a valid HTV (Heavy Transport Vehicle) license are also eligible to apply for this post.

Minimum Qualification: Secondary School Certificate (SSC) / Matriculation from a recognized Board of Education.

Driving License Requirement:

Must possess a valid LTV (Light Transport Vehicle) driving license.

1. All other terms and conditions mentioned in the original advertisement No. INF(P)4469/25 shall remain unchanged.
2. Candidates who have already applied for the position do not need to reapply; their applications will be considered as per the revised eligibility criteria.
3. Only candidates meeting the updated qualification and experience requirements will be considered for the recruitment process.
4. The selection will be made strictly on merit basis in accordance with the rules and policies of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
5. Any incomplete, late, or invalid applications will not be entertained.
6. The office reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
7. The recruitment process will ensure transparency, fairness, and equal opportunity in line with the government’s zero-tolerance policy towards corruption.
