Financial Transactions & Bookkeeping
- Record daily income and expenses from delivery operations, COD (cash on delivery), and vendor payments
- Reconcile cash collections from drivers and confirm deposits
- Process invoices from suppliers, fleet maintenance, and subcontractors
- Manage petty cash and reimbursement claims
Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Issue invoices to clients for logistics and delivery services
- Monitor receivables and follow up on overdue payments
- Process driver and vendor payments accurately and on time
- Handle reconciliations with e-commerce platforms or business partners
Bank Reconciliation
- Reconcile company bank statements with internal records
- Track deposits and cash settlements against daily delivery reports
Payroll Processing
- Calculate and process salaries for drivers and admin staff
- Ensure accuracy in incentive payouts (e.g., per delivery, per kilometre)
- Manage statutory deductions (social security, tax) if applicable
