hiring for UI Designer

Location: Pan India

Responsibilities

As a member of
the Technology Team, the UI designer will:

•  Gather and evaluate user requirements in
collaboration with product managers and engineers,

•  Analyze user experience and recommend user
interface design improvements,

•  Illustrate design ideas using wireframes,
visual and graphic designs, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps,

•  Design graphic user interface elements, like
menus, tabs, widgets, navigation menus, and search boxes,

•  Develop UI mockups and simulations (using
tools such as JustInMind or InVision) that clearly illustrate how applications
will function and look like,

•  Prepare and present rough drafts to internal
teams and key stakeholders,

•  Identify and troubleshoot UI problems (e.g.
responsiveness),

•  Conduct layout adjustments based on user
feedback,

•  Translate UI design into HTML/CSS,

•  Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors,
images, typography and graphics.

Qualifications

Education

•  Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer
science, information systems, data science or related field.

Experience

•  Minimum of 3 years of experience designing
user interfaces for increasingly complex systems,

•  A portfolio of professional UI design work
for both web and mobile platforms.

Knowledge and
Skills:

•  Sound knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3,

•  Ability to implement responsive design
strategies,

•  Familiarity with typical cross browser
issues,

•  Knowledge of user interface design tools such
as Invision, Sketch, Lunacy, Figma, Origami, Flinto, Adobe XD, Adobe
Dreamweaver or their equivalents,

•  Ability to simulate user experience using
prototyping tools such as JustinMInd.

•  Knowledge of JavaScript and related framework
– good to have
