Physical and Health Conditions:
- Height between 160 and 190 cm for females 170 and 190 centimeters for males. (Weight must be in proportion to the height)
- Seating medical requirements for flights (For more information about the medical conditions that lead to being disqualified from working with Turkish Airlines as a Cabin Crew Member,
- No tattoos, piercings burns, or any other mark. on the visible areas of your body. (Please look at the diagram below for the diagram). It is not necessary to have tattoos or piercings, burns, any type of scar, etc. in white regions.)
- The Cabin Crew members must wear uniforms; look at the visuals created by the “Cabin Crew Uniform Use and Representation Manual”.
- Not previously leaving Turkish Airlines Inc. or other organizations due to misconduct or health issues, as well as the possibility of contract termination.
Application Procedure and Evaluation Processes:
- Candidates who meet the specified requirements will be invited to the interview and assessment processes. Dates and times for interviews will be made available shortly.
- Before an interview contestants must help in providing documents proving their compliance with the specifications. Candidates who fail to meet the criteria will not be permitted to continue the interview process.
The stages of the interview will be comprised of three steps:

Training/Start of Employment and Work Information:
- Once the assessment procedures are successful, contestants will go through a medical exam in Pakistan. The payoff is transmitted back to Turkish Airlines headquarters and assessed by Turkish Airlines’ occupational physicians. If the medical certificate obtained in Pakistan is deemed to be acceptable, Turkish Airlines will start the process of getting the work permit. applicants are invited to Turkiye to undergo the second phase of medical examinations.
- Upon arriving in Turkiye, participants need to get a medical certificate at one of the Aero-Medical Centres authorized by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGCA) in Turkiye and have their report accepted through Turkish Airlines’ occupational physicians.
- The participants who have medical records approved by Turkiye will push on with the training and beginning processes.
- Candidates whose medical report is not endorsed by occupational physicians from the Turkish Airlines Occupational Health Directorate are required with a visa to return to their country of origin. It is essential to note that applicants are not allowed to quit their current positions before receiving an invitation to work to join Turkish Airlines.
- Candidates must complete a two-month course of instruction in Turkish Airlines. Cabin crew training is conducted on the premises of the Turkish Airlines Flight Academy, located in Istanbul, Turkiye.
- Candidates who fail to complete the cabin crew course are removed from the process of recruitment and given the option with the choice of returning to their country of origin.
- Flights of expat cabin crew members are typically planned to take them back to their home country.
