Head of Service Quality Department:

Minimum Bachelor’s ideally Master’s from an HEC-identified university.
Qualification in Islamic Finance will be desired
Certifications in Quality Management Systems / Lean / Six Sigma / Scrum might be preferred.

Responsibilities:

Led and manipulated operations of the Service Quality Department and its devices – Customer Complaints, Branch Customer Experience, Service Analytics & Customer Insights, Voice of Customers (VoC), and Email Channel and Operational Excellence.
Serve as KCP (Key Contact Person) for Banking Ombudsmen Pakistan and State Bank of Pakistan.
Serve as FTC Owner / Ethics Officer and present updates in keeping with the responsibilities defined.
Present normal carrier updates to the Management through the Service Board.
Collate, put together, and publish Conduct Self-Assessment submissions for the Board and State Bank of Pakistan.
Coordinate with diverse internal and external stakeholders for clients to enjoy associated projects.
Provide input inside the Customer Perspective quadrant of the Balanced Scorecard while coordinating with Strategy support

Skills Required:

Excellent communique and presentation abilities.
Leadership and mentorship potential to lead the teams throughout exceptional cities/areas.
Ability to work efficiently with useful groups and stakeholders.
Ability to research statistics and statistics, to help in knowledgeable selection making / problem fixing.
Foresight in purchasers enjoy developments inside the industry.
