Peshawar High Court is seeking candidates who meet the requirements to fill three vacant seats in the office of Magistrates and Judges of Civil Courts. Law professionals who wish to apply must meet the eligibility criteria and conditions to be eligible.
Do not have a Degree in Law from an accredited University that permits him/her to practice law, or is a Barrister from England or Ireland or a member of the Faculty of Advocates of Scotland.
Have been practicing the profession of law at the High Court or the Courts that are subordinate to it for not less than two years following being admitted with the Court as an attorney.
They must hold degree in that same subject. Other requirements, like qualifications, experience, diplomas and age limitations are detailed in the KPPSC advertisement for each job.
