organization.

 

The
Trading Corporation of Pakistan needed the services of a Corporate Secretary.
The appointment will take place on a five-year contract basis. Anyone who is

A
member of a recognized body of accountants with professional qualifications; OR

A
member of a recognized corporation secretaries’ body; OR

Someone
who holds an advanced degree or higher in Business Administration or Commerce
or having a law degree with at minimum five years of work experience.
