Amazing Opportunity for International applicants. The applications are open apply for the ICYF International Youth Festival in Russia 2022. The ICYF International Youth Festival will be held in Kazan/Tatarstan (Russian Federation). Applicants without IELTS or TOEFL can apply. Applicants from any academic field with any background are eligible to apply for this Fully Funded Festival. This is not an academic program. IELTS is not required. The ICYF will cover all the expenses for the program. Apply online as soon as possible because the application deadline is near. Both Male and female participants are encouraged to apply.

The forum is open to Youth aged 18-35. The Summit aims to bring Students, Participants Undergrads, Graduates, and young leaders to collab and make networking with each other. This Program is organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan (Russian Federation) and the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF). As Stated Above, the ICYF will cover all the expenses for all the participants:

Travel: Round trip travel expenses from his/her country of residence to the camp will be covered.

Accommodation, Local Tour & Further Cost: Host organizers will cover domestic transportation, accommodation, food, and other relevant costs related to local hospitality.

No of Participants

According to the application results, 100 participants will be accepted for the Festival (60 participants from the regions of Russia, and 40 participants from the OIC countries).

Cinema

Eligible Countries

Youth from Russia, Citizen of an OIC Member State, or representative of a Muslim community in a non-OIC Member State and beyond. (Participants from these Countries that are mentioned in both links can apply).

Representative of a Muslim community in a nonmember state means for example “India“. India is not a Muslim country, but if you are a Muslim and living in India, then you can apply.

Selection Criteria

The Organizing Committee will make the final selection. The applicant should meet the following criteria:

Youth aged between 18-35 from Russia, OIC Member States, and beyond,

Youth from the OIC Member States, Russia, and Muslim minorities in non-OIC Countries.

Ability to communicate in English

Passionate and motivated about cultural activities.
